I had the same issues with the left earbud that some others have been reporting: Intermittent function out of the left side with the total duration of continuous music played out of the left side never exceeding 1-2 seconds at a time. I followed the reset instructions with no improvement. Harman customer service setup a replacement for me but it wont ship until they receive my return, so it sounds like it could take 2 weeks to get something in the mail. I haven't had a chance to really listen to these buds so my score only represents the fact that the product I received was a failure, not the performance of a functionally representative sample.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great sound! I bought 3 pairs of these and we are all very impressed with them. I agree with some reviews that at the first "pairing" the left ear cut-out a few times, but I'm hoping that after the 2nd or 3rd pairing this is no longer an issue. It happened particularly with Pandora and hoping that it was my settings under "Cell Network Audio Quality" which was clicked on. It does say that "Music will sound better, but may skip more often". Hopefully this is the issue. I haven't yet tried with other apps and/or call features. Overall, they are very comfortable and much more sound blocking than any earbuds that I have worn before. The buds cover your whole ear and I think that helps some with blocking outside noise.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Impressive! I have owned these for 1-week now and find them AMAZING! Easy connectivity. Very comfortable and much more sound blocking than any earbuds that I have worn. I disagree with some of the reviews that I have read. The first "pairing" the left ear cut-out a few times, but after the 2nd or 3rd pairing this is no longer an issue. I believe what they are referring to is listening to music the way that it was intended to be heard with "great separation" unlike a Dolby surround home theater with 5-8 speakers where you don't hear the full separation. The volume is plenty load as I mowed my yard with them yesterday and not only did they block the mower noise, but sounded great also! the magnets in the charging dock "click in" to the charging pod to give you 4 - 4 hour charges or 16 hours of non-stop music. I an very impressed with these truly wireless Bluetooth earbuds!

By the way, right side is working well and I am currently using right side only. Customer service representative kindly(?) informed me that Harman doesn't provide international warranty and only covered as long as the product stays in US. (even bought at www.harmanaudio.com) Please keep in mind : never bring headphone outside, then your warranty is gone!

Rated 1 von 5 von aus Worst Wireless Product Ever Purchased! I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to voice my distress with the quality of this product. I purchased these a couple months ago and I must say THESE EARBUDS ARE THE WORST! I cannot go ONE song without both earbuds fading in and out . It is so ANNOYING! They also fall off your ear way too easily. Unless you are taking a CASUAL walk, you shouldn't have any problems with them. The white plastic shell casing on the right earbud has popped open and wont click back in place- so you can see the wires and circuit making it look tacky. The silver "JBL" lettering on the charging case has fallen off as well. I would have returned them for my money back, but the right earbud fell out my ear (the first time I wear them) and chipped the plastic causing them not to be returnable due to the return policy. So I now have to live with them. I use to enjoy JBL products, but no longer will I be a customer of yours.

But on the first run, the sound was in and out of the left ear— I had to adjust it slightly to get it to play. Very frustrating. Carry case is a little big, too. Good idea but just not that well done, in my experience.

Rated 1 von 5 von aus Bluetooth pairing does not work Bought these a few months back and its very difficult to get both the buds to connect. The connection between the buds keeps getting disconnected. Sound quality is good for BT and it's disappointing that the connection is unstable.

I just got these in the mail today, and the left earbud won't connect. How can I get this to pair with the right? The information in the manual is very scant.

How do I sync the jbl free earbuds with my iPhone and apple watch?

Simply put the JBL Free in pairing mode and follow the steps to pair a device on the Apple Watch and/or iPhone and you should be good to go.

Are these earphones able to receive software upgrades? The situation with the audio cutting in and out from one of the earbuds is widespread and there hasn't been an official response regarding this. If there will be a fix in the future or we are stuck.

The JBL Free does not feature volume control. To use the track control,&nbsp;you press the button on the left ear one to skip forward and press it twice to go back to the previous track.
