Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great headphone with very good sound I use them mostly for sports or for Business trips. For sports, they are extremly good. They're matching good in my ears and don't fall out even a harder workout. For watching a film, hear Music during a flight, they are very comfortable. The "inEar Headphone" matched good after a short familiarization period and shields very good against ambient noise. This is not a Noice cancellation headphone, but a good alternative. I can use the headphones for round about 5 hours on higher volume, until I need to recharge them. So battery time as promised. A bit longer would be great, but 5 hours is okay

Rated 5 von 5 von aus You're doing it wrong! Lol. Awesome headphones, work and stay connected to my iPad Air from about 40ft three rooms away. Like to automatically pair to other nearby devices though. Resolve this by turning off the Bluetooth on those devices. Constantly switch between my iPad and iPhone with no problems. Experienced charging issues when try to use other USB cables, charges great when I use the one included. Charge time, only charged it once in the past 6 days, still kicking and no chirping. As far as rewinding and advancing, I just do it on the device.seems pretty simple, and a lot easier. Also I keep the cable in the front, and only place the cable behind me when running.

Rated 1 von 5 von aus pretty frustrating. honestly, the sound quality (which is actually pretty decent) doesn't matter at all if they can't keep connectivity when your phone is in your pocket. It is pretty much a pointless wireless headphone if it looses connection when your phone is in your back pocket. I tested these on my girlfriends iphone 5 as well as my iphone 6 and my buddy's Galaxy S5 and as soon as you put your phone in your pocket it starts skipping. I'll be returning these for sure. I don't even mind the lack of controls on the remote, if it could just stay connected it would take this from a 1 star to a 4 or 5 star headphone.

Rated 2 von 5 von aus Mediocre I bought these a few weeks ago because I've always wanted Bluetooth headphones for the gym. I decided on JBL because they have awesome products and great sound. However, when I got the product I noticed right away how big they are. I did not like how they stick out my ear. It looked awkward. Running in them wasn't any better. They kept falling out. I tried the different sized earpieces. The small earpieces were too small and I couldn't use the large size because they shipped me 2 earpieces for the right ear. No left piece. Hmm. The sound however was great but hard to enjoy when they keep falling out.

Rated 5 von 5 von aus Great all around Blue Tooth headphones I've had these for about a month now and I don't know why I put up with corded headphones for so long. They are water resistant, and have a highly reflective cord for running. The ear pieces fit very comfortably and don't fall out. The build quality is great without being overly heavy and the sound/bass is great. They're a great value as the closest spec BT headphone is about $150. The $150 BT headphone only has more battery life roughly 8hrs to the JBL's 5hrs, I would highly recommend these to people who run alot, or just need a sweat resistant BT headphone that wont cost more than $100.

Rated 1 von 5 von aus Most upsetting experience I bought these a few days ago, after initially finding it tricky to get the right fitting to get the best sound I was happy with the sound. Then I used them in the gym and found that the was the stick out can cause you to knock them while working out. Coupled to that there is something about the cord that causes them to drag out of your ears. But I persisted with them. The battery finally died and yesterday I recharged ready for the gym. However, at the gym they wouldn't power on so I assumed the recharge had failed. Now I just tried to recharge them again and the blue light tells me they are charged but they won't turn on at all. So I think I will right off my 100 Euros to experience and avoid JBL. What a shame.

Rated 1 von 5 von aus Low Quality... At first I had to returned one JBL synchros refelct bt headphones, because after two weeks the left side always began to had some swoosh noise when moving. After returning it and take the same product again (because I thought, that there are always some factory problem with one percent of all products), I'm totally disappointed. The new one didn't work at all. The battery is always empty after 20-30 minutes. Only after 20 min. the annoying beep noise is starting. This is a very low quality product and too expensive. I tried it twice. So there isn't 1% factory problems I guess. Please take time for quality assurance and stop wasting feedstock. I'll return them again and take some other brand.

Rated 2 von 5 von aus Was hoping for better This product looked good in terms of the thicker cords so it wouldn't break. The audio quality can be good however my gripe is that it doesn't stay put in my ears. I have normal ears btw but no matter what size earbuds I refit them with they will slowly slip out and I have to readjust them almost every 2 minutes and not only that since the earbuds fall out it also affects the quality of the audio. Unfortunately I cannot return these as I bought them from Best Buy and it has been beyond 30 days. I currently don't see any accessories to refit the earbuds with the type that hooks over your ear. I would totally get that to enjoy this item

Hello JBL Team, is some way to update or reset to factory settings my headphones, i have an unexpected behavior on the headphones like, unexpected disconnection, beeps can be hear without any reason, led red and blue turn on at the same time.

My JBL Synchros reflect stopped working. No blue light during charge. I tried a different charger cable, but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

My reflect BT has stopped working too. When I charge I see blue light immediately but it is not chrging. I can't switch it on and it is not responding with my Iphone bluetooth. It seems there are so many complaints and issues with this Synchros Reflect BT. Why is JBL still not pulling out this earphone in the market? I only used my earphone 5 times and it is no longer working. Before it totally stopped working, the volume suddenly increases to maximum volume and it hurts my eardrum.

As of this time, we do not have an Android app that can be used for the REFLECT BT as it does not have any special functions that needs to be done through an app.

Reflect synchros bt won't stay connected past 3 foot, tried resetting/forgetting.

BT connectivity range is usually up to 10 meters (30 feet) with direct line of sight. Consider interference's like wireless routers or other BT enabled device that can hinder the range. Please try these few steps to determine the cause of the problem. 1. Reset the unit, while it is off press and hold the power button for 10 - 15 seconds to erase BT memory. 2. Once the unit turns on it will be on pairing mode. 3. Try to establish a connection to another BT enabled device and check for the range. I can see that you are from South Korea, please contact your local dealer for warranty options or submit a case at support.apac@harman.com for our Customer Support team to further assist you.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Bluetooth of your SYNCHROS REFLECT BT. Try resetting the SYNCHROS REFLECT BT by pressing the center button for about 10 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator blinks (while the earphones are off). On your phone, try to forget the device and re-pair the SYNCHROS REFLECT BT and your Iphone. I noticed that you are located in Romania , please contact the local store where it was purchased and they will be able to help you, if same issue occurs.

How do you pair with apple watch ?

The REFLECT MINI BT should be able to connect directly to your Apple Watch to play music. To do this – 1 - Put your headphones in Discovery mode. While the REFLECT MINI BT is on, press and hold the power button for >2.5 seconds. The light indicator should start flashing red and blue. The REFLECT MINI BT is now on pairing mode. 2 - Open the Settings app on Apple Watch. 3 - Tap Bluetooth. 4 - Select the REFLECT MINI BT. The apple watch is an extension of the iPhone. If the primary audio content is coming from the phone, the watch and headset will only work if they are within a certain distance of the iPhone.

I have Synchros Reflect BT. Can I pair and connect the headset simultaneously to my iPhone (for phone calls/music) as well as to my PC (for Skype for business). They work well individually in current setup i.e. with one device at a time
